Prices

All Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Included in Daily Rate

Accommodation, all meals and beverages, guiding, pick up and return to Christchurch or Timaru airport, use of firearms and the field preparation of trophies.

Not Included in Price

Expediting and taxidermy costs, Firearms License and Import Permit (NZ $25 approx), special or private transfers, airline tickets, sightseeing activities, personal items, telephone calls, insurance, passport and visa expenses, excess baggage charges.

Payment

We accept traveller’s cheques, cash, bank cheques, electronic funds transfers, and both Visa or Mastercard credit cards. Personal cheques will only be accepted for deposits. We do not accept American Express, Diners Club or Discover credit cards.

Booking and Deposit Policy for Kiwi Safaris Limited

Booking for hunting safaris with Kiwi Safaris Ltd will only be confirmed when the booking is accompanied with a minimum deposit of 10% or $2,000 of the value of the hunt (whichever is the greater), paid at the time of booking.

A further 40% of the value of the hunt is to be paid to Kiwi Safaris Ltd on December 1st in the year preceding the hunt, with the balance due 60 days before the commencement date of the hunt.

Please note that deposits are non refundable but can be transferred to another year with the agreement of Kiwi Safaris Ltd.

We strongly urge clients to obtain hunt cancellation insurance and we can help with obtaining such a policy.

Romalpa Clause

The ownership of trophies supplied by Kiwi Safaris Ltd remains the property of Kiwi Safaris Ltd, until such time as all monies owed to Kiwi Safaris Ltd (including expediting costs) are paid in full. Kiwi Safaris Ltd will export the trophies to a taxidermist or agent of the client’s choice upon full and final payment.

Insurance

Kiwi Safaris Ltd recommends you have insurance to cover every eventuality, including hunt cancellation and travel insurance. Kiwi Safaris Ltd does not carry any insurance that insures either you or your personal property.

Liability

While every effort will be made to safeguard you and your property, no liability or responsibility is accepted for accident, injury or illness or for any loss of property during your hunting safari.
