Colin Rayner, Outfitter

From a military background, Colin has spent virtually his entire life in the field. In the business for 15 years, he has guided and hunted extensively around the world, including Africa, Europe and all over North America and South Pacific. His favourite New Zealand animal to hunt is the tahr, while his global choice is a toss up between Spanish ibex and Sonoran desert mule deer.

Rodon Tourle, Marketing/Administration Manager

Rodon was born in Zimbabwe, Africa and immigrated to New Zealand.  Very well known within the international hunting fraternity,  Rodon was one of the youngest Professional Hunters to quality for a full unrestricted Professional Hunters License in Zimbabwe.  He has guided for 19 years and managed two leading Safari Companies in Zimbabwe before joining Kiwi Safaris in the Marketing & Administration side of the operation.  Well travelled and experienced in the safari business he can deal with almost all questions and advise you when arranging your hunt with us.

Fraser Cooper, Guide

While Fraser is the youngest member of the crew, he certainly has plenty of experience. A serious mountain hunter, Fraser is also an accomplished upland bird hunter. Overseas hunting is also included in his annual calendar. Fraser rates tahr and chamois as his choice of New Zealand animals.

John Leath, Guide

John has the outdoors in his blood. He is an accomplished mountaineer, a competitive kayaker and a keen hunter. The mountains are his passion. His own preferred target species are tahr and red stag.
